The Bachelor of Science in Physics degree prepares students for graduate programs in science and engineering or for careers in technical professions. It provides for a structured and very rigorous education in physics. Many alumni of this program have continued at prestigious research institutions across the country.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Career paths: the pursuit of advanced degrees in physics, astronomy, engineering, or math; full-time employment as a scientist or engineer.
- Very rigorous preparation in Physics, as needed for research graduate programs in science and engineering.
- Option to pursue an Honors/Scholars version, or combine with an MS graduate degree in Physics through the Accelerated 4+1 BS/MS Program.
