Health Sciences and Cleveland Clinic offer Prechtl’s Assessment for General Movements

Cleveland State University in joint partnership with Cleveland Clinic is proud to offer Prechtl’s Assessment of General Movements Basic and Advanced Courses, August 6th-9th, 2015.  Prechtl’s Assessment of General Movements is a highly sensitive and specific standardized tool, systematically designed to determine the integrity of the nervous system from 26 weeks gestation to 5 months post-term age.  This assessment can enhance interprofessional collaboration and be utilized by the neonatologist, neurologist, physiatrist, nurse practitioner, pediatricians, speech and language pathologist or occupational and physical therapist for early detection of neurological sequelae.

Course registration is open to all health care professionals.

  • Basic Course: Registration is SOLD OUT

  • Advanced Course: $1000 (Early bird discount $950 if registration received by: May 31, 2015)

  • Residents/Fellows: Registration is SOLD OUT
