Dr. Donaldson-Misener Accepts Position as Senior Data Analyst

Dr. Donaldson-Misener earned her M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Psychology at Cleveland State University (CSU). She obtained her in M.A. in Psychology with a specialization in Experimental Research, and was subsequently accepted into the Adult Development and Aging joint doctoral program between CSU and the University of Akron. She gained valuable research experience working in the Aging, Cognition, and Emotion (ACE) Laboratory, and she had the opportunity to collaborate with other research labs as well. Following her graduation from the ADA program, she was able to continue to conduct research under the guidance of Dr. Allard and teach a variety of courses in the Department of Psychology as a Part-Time Instructor. She has decided to apply her research and statistical background to the insurance field and will be starting a career as a Senior Data Analyst at Progressive on February 17th, 2020. She will be working in the Claims Control Department with close connection to the Subrogation Department. Although Dr. Donaldson-Misener will miss CSU, she is eager to move forward and apply the skillset she obtained at CSU in her new career.
