Congratulations to our newest Ph.D. - Dr. Incera!

Sara Incera successfully defended her dissertation yesterday. As with most successful defenses, she'll need to make a few minor revisions before her work is really done, but the defense is the real hurdle. Way to go, Dr. Incera!
