  2.  Students will be asked to provide a personal statement that details how this program will help them achieve their personal/professional   goals in health care as well as a resume. These items will be submitted in the electronic graduate admissions application.
  3.  Scores for the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or other equivalent standardized test for graduate admissions (DAT, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT and PCAT) taken within the past five years must be provided. The standardized test requirement may be waived for students who have: previous relevant graduate degrees; relevant post graduate certificates/licensure, or professional experience or; who have been accepted into the NEOMED Partnership program for Urban Health. To request a waiver of the GRE, please include a statement about your qualifications that would make you exempt.
